1. What kind of adventures does Indo SeaSpirit offer?
We specialise in small-group, nature-focused adventures in Raja Ampat, Indonesia.
Our experiences include snorkelling, island hopping, wilderness camping, wildlife encounters, exploring remote beaches, and opportunities to connect with local communities and marine conservation initiatives.

2. How many people can join an adventure?
We like to keep things small and personal!
Our regular adventures accommodate a maximum of 4 guests, allowing us to explore quieter places, travel at a relaxed pace, and create a more meaningful experience.

3. How long are your adventures?
Our adventures focus on multi-day experiences, giving you time to disconnect from everyday life and truly connect with nature.
Most of our packages range from 3 nights / 4 days to 6 nights / 7 days, while our wilderness camping experiences and customised adventures may offer different durations.
Why multi-day?
Because Raja Ampat deserves more than a rushed visit! Spending several days exploring also gives us greater flexibility to adapt to weather and sea conditions.

4. Can I customise my Raja Ampat adventure?
Absolutely! In fact, it's one of our favourite ways to explore.
With our Build Your Own Adventure option, we can create an itinerary around your interests, whether that's snorkelling remote reefs, camping on secluded beaches, searching for wildlife, visiting local villages, or simply enjoying the slower rhythm of island life.

5. Do I need previous snorkelling or outdoor experience?
Not necessarily!
Many of our adventures are suitable for curious beginners as well as experienced explorers.
We adapt activities to the group's comfort level, experience, and prevailing conditions. However, some locations involve currents, boat travel, uneven terrain, or basic camping facilities.
It's important to let us know about your swimming ability, snorkelling experience, and any concerns before booking so we can recommend a suitable adventure.
You don't need to be an expert adventurer — just bring your curiosity and a willingness to embrace nature!

6. Are your adventures suitable for families or children?
Families are welcome to contact us!
Whether an adventure is suitable for children depends on their ages, swimming abilities, previous outdoor experience, and the activities involved.
Raja Ampat is a remote destination, and our adventures often involve boat journeys, snorkelling, and limited facilities.
We'll discuss your family's needs before recommending an itinerary, ensuring the experience is appropriate for everyone.

7. Will we follow a fixed itinerary?
Not always — and that's part of the adventure!
We believe the best experiences happen when there's room for spontaneity. While every adventure has a planned route and activities, we stay flexible depending on weather, sea conditions, wildlife encounters, and the group's interests.
Sometimes that means spending longer at an incredible snorkelling spot, discovering an unexpected beach, or changing our route when nature has other plans.
Safety always comes first, but adventure doesn't have to follow a strict timetable.

Booking & Payments

1. How do I book an adventure with Indo SeaSpirit?
Booking is simple! Browse our adventures and contact us through WhatsApp or our website.
Let us know your preferred travel dates, number of guests, and the type of adventure you're interested in.
We'll discuss availability, help you choose the right experience, and provide the details needed to confirm your booking.

2. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during Raja Ampat's popular travel season (October - May). We specialise in small groups of just four guests; availability can be limited.
Booking ahead also gives us more time to arrange accommodation, boat transfers, and personalised experiences.
3. Is a deposit required to confirm my booking?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your adventure.
Your reservation is confirmed once we've received the deposit and sent your booking confirmation.
The remaining balance must be paid before your adventure begins, according to the payment instructions provided with your booking.

4. What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We understand that travel plans sometimes change. We HIGHLY recommend that you arrange travel insurance that can reimburse you for any cancellations due to illness.
Our booking deposits are partly refundable. If you notify us more than 30 days before your scheduled adventure, we will refund your deposit minus admin cost.
You may reschedule your trip within 12 months, subject to availability.

5. What happens if the weather is bad?
Raja Ampat is wonderfully wild, and nature doesn't always follow our plans!
Rain alone doesn't mean your adventure is cancelled. We may adjust our itinerary, change the order of activities, or visit alternative locations depending on the conditions.
If sea conditions become unsafe, safety always comes first. We'll discuss the available options with you.

6. What is included in the adventure price?
Inclusions vary depending on the adventure you choose.
Packages may include accommodation, meals, boat transportation, local guides, selected activities, and camping equipment where applicable.
Flights, Raja Ampat visitor permits, personal expenses, travel insurance, and certain equipment rentals are excluded.
You'll receive a detailed list of inclusions and exclusions before confirming your booking.

7. Can I join as a solo traveller?
Of course! Solo travellers are welcome to contact us.
Some adventures have a minimum number of paying guests, so availability and pricing may depend on your preferred dates and package.
We'll happily discuss private adventure options or other suitable arrangements.

1. Do I need to know how to swim?
Swimming ability is important for enjoying our snorkelling activities safely.
If you're not a confident swimmer, please let us know before booking. We can discuss which activities may be suitable and whether alternative experiences would be a better choice.
We never want guests to feel pressured into entering the water.

2. Can I rent snorkelling equipment?
Yes! We have quality Scubapro snorkelling equipment available for rent.
We recommend bringing your own mask if you already have one that fits comfortably.
Please let us know your equipment needs before arrival so we can confirm availability and rental costs.

3. What marine life can I see while snorkelling in Raja Ampat?
Raja Ampat is famous for its extraordinary marine biodiversity!
Depending on the location and conditions, you may encounter colourful reef fish, sea turtles, reef sharks, rays, giant clams, beautiful coral gardens, and countless fascinating smaller creatures.
Every snorkelling experience is different, and wildlife encounters can never be guaranteed.

Some villages and homestays have mobile coverage, while remote islands and camping locations may have little or no connection.
Telkomsel is commonly used in the region, but coverage is never guaranteed.
Consider it a chance to swap screen time for ocean time!
