Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to secure your spot. Full payment is due before the trip begins.

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and confirmation email.

Prices may vary based on season, destination, and availability.
Participation Requirements

All participants must be 18+ or accompanied by a guardian.

You must be in reasonable health and disclose any medical conditions.

You agree to respect local customs, the environment, and fellow travelers.

Trip Changes & Delays

Due to the remote and nature-based nature of our trips, changes may occur due to weather or local conditions.

Indo SeaSpirit reserves the right to alter itineraries to ensure safety and quality.

Liability Waiver
Participation is at your own risk. Indo SeaSpirit is not responsible for personal injury, property loss, or unexpected changes due to force majeure (weather, natural disasters, etc.).
REFUND POLICY
Customer-Initiated Cancellations

More than 30 days before trip: 90% refund

15–30 days before trip: 50% refund

Less than 15 days: non-refundable (exceptions may apply in emergencies)

If we must cancel a trip due to safety, legal, or environmental concerns, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Trip Interruptions

No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or unused services once the trip has begun.

Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 14 business days. Please email your cancellation request with booking details to info.seaspirit@gmail.com
